Ketopalouza is an experience like no other. It is not just a conference, but an opportunity to build relationships and enjoy time with the keto community. I have the opportunity to meet up with lifelong friends I’ve made at this conference and reinvigorate my love of keto. I would recommend this event to any low carb enthusiast.
This was our very first keto event, and it far exceeded our expectations. The speakers were informative, engaging and motivational. Many of them made themselves available all weekend for anyone who wanted to speak with them. It was also an exceptionally friendly crowd of attendees. My husband and I, who are both huge introverts, really enjoyed visiting with them during breaks. We are definitely coming back next year and bringing others with us.
This was my first year at Keto-pa-Lou-za, I will definitely return next year! This is a very intimate keto conference that allows its attendees to experience and participate in discussions with presenters in person and to meet fellow ketos that they can share their thoughts and experiences with and feel encouraged and understood.

Keto Pa-LOU-za 2024 will be held at The Galt House Hotel in Downtown Louisville, KY.

Keto Pa-LOU-za 2024 attendees can choose from a standard guest room, or a suite, receiving discounted room rates starting at $169/night. Room rates begin on Thursday, Oct 10th and end on Monday, Oct 14th.
