Keto Pa-Lou-za is a great place to meet new people and make friends. It is a very relaxed conference that is all about making people feel like they belong.
I was a little skeptical at first about the whole "family" concept, but I came away with many connections and energy to move forward and know that we are on the right track!

First time at KPL - it is probably the best event for *community* in addition to presenters to hear/learn from - I came thinking I would attend this one to see if all the hype was real - and left saying to myself that I *will* find a way to attend again next year !!
Keto Palouza is the best event as it fosters relationships with other like minded people, and offers presentations from speakers to inspire and learn from. You may think you are alone, but happy to find others walking the same path, and offering encouragement and support.
Best experience of this year! Great being surrounded by health conscious people. Great speakers and vendors as well. I could tell the time spent to set this up and greatly appreciate all your hard work. I will return for sure!!!

Our first KPL and we'll be back. The spirit of the community coming together for the cause was amazing. We're inspired to spread the word, and share our success.
My wife is a big introvert. I asked her what her favorite thing about the weekend was, and she said the feeling of being included! This was a major win for her!
KetopaLouza is the refresher that I need to continue my Keto journey. Seeing so many like-minded people is such an inspiration.

Keto-pa-louza is a social, emotional, interactive learning experience! The connections made during this event really solidify the importance of social interaction within the keto community and how important it is to provide and maintain support, encouragement, knowledge and sharing to help others.
I am somewhat of a closet ketovore. I am not overly open about my lifestyle because of fear of judgment. Being around other likeminded people is giving me the courage to share my story! There are so many little things that have been healed in my life and my social anxiety has greatly improved. I am coming out of the closet and will share my journey with others!
The event was a very pleasant experience for this newbie. I met a lot of wonderful people and listened to a great speaker lineup that reinforced the reasons to make this lifestyle a permanent change.
